U.S. Shipping Update

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has suspended the $800 “de minimis” exemption. This means all imports to the U.S., regardless of value, may now have customs duties and must meet full entry requirements.

What this means for you: to make sure your instrument clears customs smoothly and arrives on time, we have to collect U.S. duties upfront. They’re automatically added at checkout—so no surprises at delivery for you.

Our September Offer: We’ll Cover Your Duduk Duty

To make this transition easier for our U.S. customers, for all duduk instrument purchases in September we will refund the duty portion:

• Buy any duduk shipped to a U.S. address Sept 4–30, 2025 (ET).

• We’ll automatically reimburse the duty amount to your original payment method within 24 hours of your order.

• If your cart includes non-duduk items, the refund applies to the duduk’s duty only.

Temporary Carrier Note

While express carriers finalize their new duty processes, some UPS/FedEx Express shipments may be fulfilled via Canada Post/USPS. If we switch carriers, your tracking link will reflect the final service. Transit times remain comparable, but please allow a little extra time during this transition.
