Our products will be delivered to you from either our Toronto or Yerevan locations, depending on your location. 


Items shipped from Yerevan will be shipped via HayPost. The items are trackable and usually arrive within 14-30 days, depending on where you live.  Expedited shipping via DHL is available at an additional cost.


Items shipped from our Toronto will be shipped via Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. Tracking is available for all items.


It is possible that books included in your order will be shipped separately and you will receive them through our Amazon store. 


In the case of a return, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit.
