La première variante du duduk traditionnel modifié, conçue par Georgy Minasov, comporte trois vannes contrôlées par des leviers métalliques. Le levier supérieur facilite le jeu de la note D et offre la possibilité de jouer la note E avec les lèvres pressées. Sur le duduk traditionnel, cette fonctionnalité n'a jamais été disponible. Au bas du duduk se trouvent deux autres leviers qui ajoutent des notes de A, Ab et G, améliorant considérablement la tessiture par rapport à un instrument traditionnel.

Really happy with my purchase. The product was delivered very fast, and the quality is amazing. I bought a duduk in A by DudukHouse, and the sound is beautiful. I also bought reeds—really good stuff. The Medium Elite reed produces a beautiful sound, but the regular one does as well. I just didn’t like that on the authenticity card that comes with the duduk, they didn’t write the name of the maker; instead, they wrote the brand that produces the duduk (in my case, DudukHouse). I would have loved to know the name of the maker of my duduk.
